If there are sulks or broody silences around at home or at work, don`t give in to them. The silent treatment can be very effective but only if you allow it to continue. Bring out grievances into the open as firmly and diplomatically as you can manage. Then you will find everyone suddenly starts to look more upbeat again. Others are finding you strong and determined, but you will need to open up to feedback and at least appear slightly more flexible and tolerant than you may feel inside.
